Refunds will only be provided if we, K9 Concepts, have to cancel the training program due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services.

Refund Process

If we cancel a training program due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and initiate the refund process.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
It may take some time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

If you cancel or reschedule a reserved training session same day after it has been confirmed.
If you or your dog are unable to attend or complete the training program for any reason other than a medical emergency on our part.
If the training program is disrupted or terminated due to your failure to comply with our policies or instructions.
